Apple から「iTunes Connect: Managing the availability of your app's previous versions.」っていうメールが来た

昨日、Apple よりブログタイトルのメールが来た。
内容は、

iTunes Connect: Managing the availability of your app's previous versions.

Dear xxxxxxxxx

Users who have already purchased your app are now able to download previous versions,
allowing them to use your app with older devices that may no longer be supported by the current version.
If you do not want previous versions of your app to be available,
for example due to a usability or legal issue,
you can manage their availability in the Rights and Pricing section of the Manage Your Apps module on iTunes Connect.

う～ん英語がわからん。。。
こちらの解釈としては、あなたの登録しているアプリのバージョン古いから新しい端末・バージョンでは良くない動きするかもしれないから対応してね。
ってことかと思っていたけど、調べてみると違うみたい。

どうやら、↓の事が始まったって言う事らしい

「古いiOSのApp Storeから旧バージョンのアプリがダウンロード可能に。」

つまり、古いデバイスには、そのデバイスに合ったバージョンのアプリを提供すると言う事らしい。
ビビって調べた結果こういう内容だったので、良かった物の公式から貰ったメールが理解ができないってのは、残念だなと思った。。。
